Here are some of our commonly asked questions.
We do not offer refund on any courses. We do allow students to reschedule for a $20 fee with at least 24 hours notice.
All students need to purchase a student manual for their course. If your course is labeled at “Heartcode”, a student manual is included. Anyone taking an instructor course must have both a student and instructor manual in the discipline they are taking.
We do not currently come to locations for single student courses. We will come to your for a group course. Cost may vary depending on location.
We do not guarantee that employers will accept a certification. If you are unsure if they will, reach out to them before scheduling as we do not offer refunds.
We offer same-day card issuance. Students should receive their card the day of their course. Please note that this may not always occur due to technical difficulties. If this is the case, we will let you know the day of class.
We offer courses for the AHA, ARC, and HSI.
